Texas Sutler does not have a physical store location, but you can visit us at events throughout the year.
- Ordering
- All items are usually in stock. Sometimes our suppliers may be a little slow at times and we may not be able to ship right away. If concerned if a particular item is in stock, please contact us before ordering. If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock at the time we receive your order and is expected to be in stock within three weeks, we will back make a back order and ship as soon as the item arrives.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders are shipped via FedEx with the option of Ground, 2Day, and Express Saver for domestic deliveries and Economy and Priority options for international deliveries. FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Boxes. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product and calculated via FedEx's Rate Gateway. We cannot provide COD delivery. - Returns and Replacements
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. If you need to return an item, please contact Texas Sutler before doing so to receive approval. When contacting Texas Sutler, be sure to include your Order Number and if you wish for a replacement or a refund of your purchase. Securely pack the item(s) being returned and insure the package for your protection. Refunds will be given upon receiving and inspection of item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable.
