If you are an existing customer of Texas Sutler, we recommend reading on to see some important information about your account.

Logging In for First Time

Logging In

Texas Sutler was able to import accounts from our previous store to our new store. Just log in with the email address and password you used with the previous store.

(If you cannot remember your password, use the “Forget Your Password?” link at the log in screen to start the password reset process.)

Confirm Email Address

When logging into the new store for the first time, you will be asked to confirm your email address. This is a new security measure to help prevent fraudulent activity. If you do not receive your confirmation email in 5 to 10 minutes, click the link to resend the confirmation email.

Address Confirmation Email

You will receive an email from Texas Sutler with a link to confirm your email address. Click the included link or copy and paste the address shown in the email into your web browser.

Account Confirmed / Dashboard

Upon navigating to the provided link/address, you will be logged into your Texas Sutler account.

Accessing Previous Orders

Legacy Account boxCustomers who created accounts with our previous store have been transferred over as Legacy accounts. As we were unable to import orders from our previous store, having a Legacy account allows customers access to orders made on that store.

Customers with Legacy accounts will be able to access their previous orders through the Legacy Account navigation box in the Account Dashboard. You will also be able to access your Contact Information and Password settings from this navigation box.

Legacy Account LoginUnfortunately, we are also unable to attach your new Texas Sutler and previous Texas Sutler accounts. This means you will need to log into Texas Sutler again using your previous account login details. If you haven’t changed your password, you should be able to log in with the same information you used earlier.

(Of course, if you are having trouble logging in, you can use the “Forgot Your Password?” link to get a new Legacy Account password.

Once logged into the Legacy Dashboard, you’ll have access to a limited amount of information.

Legacy Account Dashboard

As noted on the Legacy Dashboard, any information updated on the Legacy web site will NOT be reflected on the new Texas Sutler web site.

If you have any trouble, issues, or just want to say something about the new or legacy Texas Sutler web sites, be sure to contact us and let us know!
