Texas Sutler does not have a physical store location, but you can visit us at events throughout the year.

All items are usually in stock. Sometimes our suppliers may be a little slow at times and we may not be able to ship right away. If concerned if a particular item is in stock, please contact us before ordering. If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock at the time we receive your order and is expected to be in stock within three weeks, we will make a back order and ship as soon as the item arrives.
The checkout process on Texas Sutler is powered by Shopify with the transaction process powered by PayPal and Google Checkout. When checking out, you will be leaving the Texas Sutler web site to complete the order and transaction. When the transaction process is complete, you will return to the Texas Sutler web site.

- Payment, Pricing and Promotions

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, or Google Checkout. Purchases with Credit Cards are performed through PayPal, where a PayPal account is not required. Purchases from Texas Sutler paid via the "PayPal" payment method will appear on customer' bank and/or credit card statements as "PAYPAL*TEXASSUTLER". Purchases from Texas Sutler paid using the "PayPal" payment method will appear on customers' bank and/or credit card statements as "Google * Texas Sutler". Texas residents will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. All prices are subject to change without notice.

- Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders are shipped via FedEx with the option of Ground, 2Day, and Express Saver for domestic deliveries and Economy and Priority options for international deliveries. FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Boxes. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product. We cannot provide COD delivery. For more details of the various delivery options, please visit the FedEx Guide to Services.

- Returns and Replacements
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. If you need to return an item, please contact Texas Sutler before doing so to receive approval. When contacting Texas Sutler, be sure to include your Order Number and if you wish for a replacement or a refund of your purchase. Securely pack the item(s) being returned and insure the package for your protection. Refunds will be given upon receiving and inspection of item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable.
