Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders are shipped via Federal Express with the option of Ground (Home) Delivery and 2nd Day Air. Federal Express cannot ship to a P.O. Boxes. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product and calculated via FedEx's Rate Gateway.

Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days. If you need to return an item, please contact Texas Sutler before doing so to receive approval. Be sure to include your Order Number when contacting Texas Sutler. Also specify if you wish for a replacement or a refund of your purchase. When returning an item, be it is securely packaged and insure the package for your protection. Shipping charges are not refundable.
